Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened
  • Gift cards or digital products

Umni360 reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
