We offer islandwide delivery across Jamaica and international shipping where applicable. Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s location, product type, and courier coverage.

- Standard courier delivery (Tara, Knutsford Express, or other local partners)
- Express delivery (where available)
- International shipping via DHL or other international carriers
- Pickup at designated courier locations when supported by the selected courier
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, promotions, or depending on product availability.
4. Delivery Timeframes
- Local Jamaica deliveries: Typically 1–5 business days depending on location
- Rural or remote locations: May require additional delivery time
- International deliveries: Estimated 3–10 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control.
5. Delivery Fees
Delivery charges are calculated based on the selected courier, package size or weight, and delivery destination. The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
6. Shipment Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor shipment progress directly through the courier service.
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the courier may return the package or charge additional redelivery fees. Customers may be responsible for any additional shipping or handling costs.
8. Pre-Order and Special Order Deliveries
Certain products listed on Umni360 may be available as Pre-Order or Special Order items. These products are sourced from international suppliers, including manufacturers located in China and other global markets, and are not immediately available in local inventory.
- Pre-orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
- Estimated international shipping timelines are approximately 4–6 weeks for arrival in Jamaica, depending on supplier processing, international logistics, and customs clearance.
- Once items arrive locally, standard local delivery timelines (1–5 business days) will apply.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately.
9. Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the selected courier partner, delivery handling and transportation timelines fall under the responsibility of the courier service. Umni360 will, however, assist customers with shipment tracking and delivery-related support whenever possible.
10. Delivery Delays
Umni360 is not liable for delays caused by courier service disruptions, customs processing, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience should unforeseen delays occur.
